Congratulations to Uptown Rutland 2011 Scarecrow Building Contest Winners!

Thank you to everyone who participated in the 4th Annual Scarecrow Building Contest. Your creativity and enthusiasm amazes us each and every year!

With over 130 entries this year, the judges had a difficult time choosing the winners in each category. “We were amazed at the workmanship and imagination it took to create these awesome scarecrows,” said Deb Guthrie, URBA Executive Director and festival organizer. “They are really works of art!”
